My career in Design started in 2006. I worked as an Interior Designer and Graphic Designer in creative and design companies. Today I continue my way in my own studio. My own design studio SOT B&D was opened in 2015. The studio majors are visual identification, packaging, web design, illustration. More than 400 projects for local and foreign clients from Ukraine, Germany, Belgium, Canada, Poland, UAE, Russia, USA were implemented by SOT B&D within 6 years. My favorite part of the project is creating the design itself when all the information is collected, briefs are read, meetings are held, details are clarified. Vivid emotions make me an effective result for complex projects that lasted for months. Invested heavily and with much energy in them. To become a great designer, you must practice a lot. This is the only way to get experience. In order to create out-of-box solutions and be a real expert, you need to improve your skills constantly, move the bar upwards, step out of your comfort zone, learn new things, work on mistakes and improve your visual culture. Despite how good a specialist you are, if you do not know how to communicate with people, interact with them, you will not be able to sell your work.

Mirek Struzik is a sculptor and specializes in art in public space. He has successfully completed countless projects all around the world, from Dubai to Chicago. Most of his works are made from stainless steel and are illuminated with programmable RGB lamps. The most characteristic feature of his art is its ability to transform, when the sun sets. At dusk, when the lighting system engages, they completely transform their character and become even more attractive and eye-catching. One of the major topics Mirek presents with his art is transferring objects of nature from micro to macro scale.

Very often I find my inspiration in non visual art forms like poetry or music. I like to use their way of expression, so I translate their language to visual. I try not to be limited by the form or the medium, so I express the ideas in many different media like drawing, painting, spatial installation, video, sound, performance in a wide range of forms, from free spirited to strict and precise. My artwork aims to accentuate our potentials instead of our disadvantages and reminds us of using them in full force. In 2015, amidst the height of the refugee crisis, my artistic practice took on a deeply socially engaged dimension. Moved by the plight of displaced individuals and families fleeing conflict and seeking refuge, I sought to use my art as a means of raising awareness and fostering empathy. Through various projects and initiatives, I endeavored to shine a light on the experiences of refugees, amplifying their voices and advocating for their rights. Whether through immersive installations, or interactive performances, my work aimed to create spaces for dialogue, understanding, and solidarity.

She embraces the belief that building beautiful, meaningful principles in life, work, and relationships is her sole responsibility. This mindset empowers her to take accountability for her tasks, decisions, and outcomes. It allows her to observe different cultures deeply, listen to diverse opinions, and shape, adjust, and protect her core values. She has never felt like a tourist living, working, and studying in Europe and California! Her work: She has worked on color distribution for over two decades to visualize observable natural facts in physics, chemistry, biology, earth, and environmental science. She does not copy or duplicate nature but can partially control certain conditions and the chemical composition behind the artwork, allowing similarities to surface between the artwork and what we see through telescopes, microscopes, and other scientific instruments. The Gallery: Radius Art Gallery was originally a studio where she could work in a quiet, clean, isolated environment. Every project is important, which leads her to appreciate isolation from distractions and external influences, allowing her to maintain an uninterrupted dialogue with her work. In January 2025, the studio became Radius Art Gallery LLC.
